Ballerina is one of the first does we purchased, and has also turned into one of our best. She is my husbands favorite doe for her sweet, calm personality. She often goes with us to craft shows, and has taught countless people to milk with her excellent milk stand manners, and large easy to milk teats.
Along with her wonderful temperament, she has excelled in milk production, at Linear Appraisal, and has regularly placed 1st in her class when shown. She also kids with amazing ease, always quickly and easily producing her kids.

Maggie was the 3rd Nigerian doe I purchased, and earned my very first milk star as well as my first Superior Genetics award. She is a darling soft natured doe, who has long ago earned her permanent home here. Sadly a terrible kidding in 2019 with a dead decomposing kid has damaged her ability to carry kids to term. She’s a strong, solid, devoted mother, and the losses are very hard on her. So after her 2nd failed pregnancy I’ve decided she’s retiring early to just be a beautiful pasture ornament and dote on her daughters and granddaughters.
Since she is a foundation doe in my herd, and my first SG doe, she’s going to keep her place on this page even though she’s not going to breed or compete she’s still pretty superior around here.
